TortoiseSVN bug report: Performing a commit action on checkout

Hi,

Two developers in our team experienced the following issue using the
TortoiseSVN shell extension (1.4.1 build 7992 32 bits - subversion
1.4.2):

"Upon doing a checkout of an established svn project in the My
Documents folder, tortoise svn added "Desktop" shortcuts to the
checked-out folder and did a commit (with no commit message) without
my knowledge or any action on my part."

I looked for that particular bug in your tracker, but found nothing.
Please inform me if there's anything we can do to avoid this kind of
problem.
