Hint:
Use the disk management to change the assigned drive letter from F: to
C: again.

There's nothing in SubWCRev that will access the C: drive. Unless of
course you forgot to change some default paths. It's not just the
environment vars that have to change but many others too. For example,
the temp folder isn't specified anymore with environment vars but
through the shell.
