I don't have any specific information beyond what I've provided:
Faulting application TSVNCache.exe, version 1.4.1.8132, time stamp 0x456a203f, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp 0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc00000fd, fault offset 0x0006681f, process id 0xf50, application start time 0x01c7130ca6053044.
Is there a debug build that I can run with symbols that might give a more meaningful result? I'm a bit pinned this week in terms of time, otherwise I would check out the source, compile and try it myself.
Cheers,

I've now installed Vista. I'm running the cache in the debugger now
Do you have some more information which might help me to reproduce and fix this?
