Bug - TortoiseSVN-1.4.1.7992-win32-svn-1.4.2.msi

I installed TortoiseSVN-1.4.1.7992-win32-svn-1.4.2.msi.

I checkout a directory from the repository using the Tortoise SVN
Checkout.

The first time I do this it works great. If I manually go in and delete
these files from where I checked them into and redo a checkout I get an
error 'object of the same name already exists' and will not be able to
checkout any longer from that repository even if I change directories to
checkout into.
