First of all: TortoiseIDiff is for *I*mages (that's why it's called
Tortoise*I*Diff). What you are using here are the diff scripts.

Since I don't have MS-Office installed, I can't help debug this. Maybe
someone else can.

But first you have to tell us which version of MS-Office you're using.
