TortoiseSVN Tool to Compare *.doc File Differences ?

Is there a TortoiseSVN or other tool that can compare differences in *.doc
files ? We use MS Word for our Documentation which is controlled in an
SNV controlled Doc folder in the Repository ... and I thought iDiff
would do this since a word doc is a binary file ... but when I try to
launch Diff (and by file type, IDIFF), I get the following error (see
jpg dialog):

Any suggestions or thoughts ? Thanks.
