Did you also read

We don't need to act on this. As mentioned in the post above: you can
activate the "Author" column. There is no "SVN Author" column because
TSVN fills in the data for the default "Author" column the explorer
already provides.

Sorry, it's missing in ALL installations. If you can see it in some,
please provide a screenshot with proof. My guess is that what you think
is the "SVN Author" column is simply the default "Author" column.
