So here's the next question. I want to file an issue and therefore go to
http://issues.tortoisesvn.net/
It says "If you want to help out sorting existing issues, filing new
ones from mailing list discussions, ... you can register a new account
for yourself." but it does not say how or include a link to a page where
one can register a new account.
So how do I do this?
