I tried a little some days and it is better, but not completly good.
What I notice is, that it has to do with a "subst" drive. We use the
subst command to have allways the same drive on all developer machines.
When I look at the working copy on the subst drive, the icons are
sometimes wrong. When I look at the file in the real file hierarchy, the
icons are Ok.
Hope this helps with debugging.
I am using the 1.4.1 on windows XP.
