Download problem

Good Day,

I am attempting to download TortoiseSVN from Tigris.org, and I get the
following message. I have tried a few different links, but they all appear
to point to a common download site,

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $, expecting ')' in
/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/includes/trans_data.inc on line 50

I am not on the mailing list, so please send any info to me also.

If I can/must do something more, please let me know.

I am in South Africa, so our time is currently one hour ahead of London
