TSVN is pleasure ( At least for users ) !
Let me blame myself:
It seems to me, handling of spaces in repo.-path is broken in newer nightly builds.
Using: TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7854 - 32 Bit -dev, 2006/10/25 21:32:04
If I use the browse button to change "Zu URL:"
(Please note the different use of "%20")
Then TSVN open a dialog for a totally new location.
older Versions of TSVN, as I remember, works as intended, i.e. use the from path by default.
If I use an repro-path w/o spaces (e.g. "c:\temp\test_repro") all is fine.
