I guess you have only dragged one folder. If you select multiple
folders, you must keep the Ctrl key pressed when you start dragging.
Otherwise you will just select the one entry you click on to drag.

If you really do drag multiple folders, TSVN will warn you that
moving/copying multiple folders in one step won't work and that it will
do this one-by-one, creating a new revision for each moved/copied item.
