This confused me at first as we already have error messages:

Modified: Subversion\Test\Test4\test2.c
Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Out of date: '/trunk/test2.c' in transaction '47-1'
Error: You have to update your working copy first.

Now I realise you are only referring to the dialog box title and the
summary status line below the main list. I agree these are slightly
misleading, even though the error message is shown in red.
