per issue tracker request, inquirying about possible bug

Hello TortoiseSVN developers!

I've been using SVN for a couple of years now. With the latest release
version 1.4, something that was working fine no longer works.

Here's the setup:
repository on BSD machine connected to windows machine with TortoiseSVN
via SAMBA
windows explorer set to display SVN Author and SVN Revision on
subversion folders.

Problem:
Whenever I commit, the SVN Revision and Author information corrupts,
along with file icon.

Workaround:
Run "cleanup" on folder. This works until the next commit

To elaborate: I have a folder full of files, all showing various
revision numbers and authors. If I change one file and commit it, the
directory sudden changes such at all the files shows the same revision
(e.g. 2008) and the same author (e.g. jrmarino). Note, the revision
isn't the latest, for example if all the files show falsely 2008, the
latest revision might be 2011. Additionally, any further changes to any
file does not result in an icon change (e.g. it used to show red for
changed). If I "clean up" the directory, the statuses reset correctly.

Has this issue been reported already? Is it known?
I've had this setup and similar for a couple of years, and this new
incorrect behavior started immediately with the new release.

Thanks,
John Marino
