TortoiseMerge diffing options

Hi folks,

The TMerge settings contains 6 diff options which I think should appear
directly in the View menu (and possibly on the toolbar) rather than in
the settings dialog.

Settings are generally for semi-permanent preferences, like the colour
scheme to use. Choosing whether to compare whitespace is something that
will vary from one file type to the next, and you may want to flip
several times while checking the same file.

Looking at most text editors, which are sort of comparable, this sort of
on-the-fly change typically appears in the view menu and often on the
toolbar.
