Build problem - Cannot open merge module 'GDIPLUS'

While trying to build TortoiseSVN using the "setup" target, I'm getting
the following error:

D:\SVN\TortoiseSVN\src\TortoiseSVNSetup\StructureFragment.wxs(171) :
fatal error LGHT0034: Cannot open merge module 'GDIPLUS' at path
'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Merge Modules\GDIPlus.msm'.

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 Pro.

I checked the file and it doesn't exist. I've tried searching on Google
to find out where I can get a copy of the GDI+ merge module but I
haven't had any success. Does anybody know where I can get this merge
module?
