How about:

Use one large view and two small views above each other next to it.
Give the user the ability to cycle Before - After - Comparison between
these three windows.

If there is a need to have on-screen controls, you could shrink the
two small image areas to use one third of the window height and use
the remaining one third for the controls (like radio-buttons/dropdown
for comparison method, alpha slider etc.).
