TortoiseSVN + MS Office open dialog hangs

Hi,

For some reason, MS Office open and save dialogs freeze temporarily
(UI freeze 10-60 seconds) on my computers. I am quite sure I have
pinned down this problem to TortoiseSVN. It appeared on the second
machine after installing TortoiseSVN.

On another machine, it's real annoyance since you cannot browse file
hiearchy in the open file dialog (60 s. freeze between clicks).

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start MS Word XP or MS Word 2003
2) Go to open dialog
3) Click any folder -> freeze

Google: MS reports that misbehaving 3rd party Explorer plug-ins cause
this problem.

There was similiar reported TortoiseSVN bug, but it had been fixed ~a year ago.
