Note to translators

To all translators:

Please don't forget to merge your commits back to the 1.4.x branch!
And soon, we'll start getting resource changes on the trunk which we
don't merge back to the 1.4.x branch anymore, so you either have to
merge your changes really(!) soon or you have to do the translations for
the 1.4.x branch separately.
