It's the same in my registry. In
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TortoiseSVN\DiffTools the paths to the
diff-scripts are hold and this key is used both by the 32-bit and the
64-bit installation.

That's my opinion too, but it could be a source of errors.
