we're moving

Hi,

We've rented a virtual server to host the web page of TortoiseSVN (the
one we currently host on sourceforge). It's not completely set up yet,
but we'll get there. In the mean time, all those who have edit access to
the drupal system on sourceforge please don't add any info there. It
will be lost because we've already moved the database.

The issuetracker has already been moved from berlios.de to the new host.
It's now here: http://www.tortoisesvn.net/issues/

The pages on tigris.org will stay, because we'd like to keep the mailing
list and the repository there.

The reason why we move: sourceforge doesn't allow to send mails or run
certain scripts, while berlios.de has some problems with the database
and our high load. With our own server, we can run any scripts we want.
