Sorry for not answering your first mail. You've sent it at a time where

This is a known issue (at least known to some windows users). But
unfortunately, we can't do anything about this. You need to report this
on the Subversion mailing list, because the issue is in the Subversion
library.

Every time you encounter an issue that's also happening with the SVN
client, please report it on the Subversion mailing list. We can't do
anything about such issues in TSVN, and it always helps if I'm not the
only one reporting such issues to the Subversion devs - the more users
complain about an issue, the higher the chance that someone over there
picks the issue up and fixes it.
