I'm sorry but your attachment got somehow/somewhere converted to a
"winmail.dat" file which I can't open/make use of. So I have to guess:

I doubt that the folders got really duplicated so that there are two
*identical* folders in the same place. My guess is that they differ in
case (e.g. "folder" and "Folder"). Since Subversion is case sensitive
but windows is not, you can of course not check out or update such a
project anymore. Use the repository browser to delete one of those folders.
