Duplicate subfolder entries in repository

Greetings,

I am not sure how this happened and would have expected an error to be
reported before such a thing could happen. Somehow one of the subprojects
(folders?) got duplicated in the repository, but with different contents.

I'm attaching a screen shot so you can clearly see what I'm trying to
explain.
