Documentation slip-up

Quick fix to a minor documentation bug: the HOWTO appendix refers to the
property "tsvn:minlogsize": this should be "tsvn:logminsize". A small thing,
but it tripped me up :)

Diff from head follows. If required I can raise a bug about this.
