MSI silent installation bug

Hello,

I've discovered a bug which occurs if one tries to install the MSI
package for TortoiseSVN silently by using "msiexec /qn /i
Tortoise-1.3.5....msi". It installs to the wrong directory D:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN (should be C:\Programme\TortoiseSVN). The installation
with user interface works perfectly. I got the silent installation
working correctly by patching the MSI using a tool called orca.

I took the following approach: I copied the action DefaultTargetDir
(Sequence nr. 102) from the table InstallUISequence to
InstallExecuteSequence.
