Minor problem with Spanish language installer

Hi,
I have just noticed that the nightly Spanish language pack installer
does not show my beloved "ń" (ñ) right. It seems a problem with
UTF8 and/or file name.
If this is a problem in any file I have changed, please let me know
and I'll fix it. But I don't remember any change that could cause
this.
