Works for me, but I haven't had time to update TSVN for a while, so I
thought that maybe the behaviour had changed.

(This whole intra-/inter-repository linking needs to be thrown away
and redesigned in SVN as I see it. But it's very nice that TSVN fixes
some of the worst deficiencies!)
