Tortoise SVN & Bluetooth

I do not know how or why, but Tortoise SVN appears to be modifying
BTRUSB.inf (bluetooth drivers) on bootup. Bluetooth headset then becomes
unusable until the BT drivers are reinstalled.

I think this is a bug :)
