We do that when we do another release on the 1.3.x branch. Sorry, but I
won't start building/uploading language packs whenever they get updated
on the branch. The translators have enough time between releases to do
that themselves. And when they do that, their changes will automatically
be in the next release.

Otherwise I'd have to build/upload language packs every other day...
