*I* was only talking about adding a context menu to the add dialog.

Which is still the way subversion handles it, so the confusion will stay.
These two ignore options are never visible side by side, so people might not
become aware of the difference.

Noobee: "I added this *.bak extension to the ignore list, why do .bak files
still show up in my other project?"
(T)SVN Wizard: "This is because you implicitely set the svn:ignore property,
which only applies to that particular folder in the project."
Noobee: "???"
(T)SVN Wizard: "If you want to ignore *.bak files for all your projects you
have to add them to the global ignore list."
Noobee: "???"
(T)SVN Wizard: "TortoiseSVN Settings, first page"
Noobee: "So these are two different things?"

All I'm saying is that it may be a good idea to have both ignores visible,
side by side, to see which filters are in effect and to modify them if
necessary. The add dialog would be *the* place to do this :-)
