I am not sure if Thomas is aware how the two ways of ignoring stuff are
handled, but I guess he just meant having context menu *and* edit box would
be nice.

Just to be on the safe side:
- The TSVN Context menu modifies the svn:ignore property of versioned
folders (=project / folder specific)
- The Edit box in the settings dialog modifies the global ignore pattern
(=computer specific)

None of the information is visible to the user in the add dialog, which I
think is the place where it should be visible, because the user might just
want to change ignore patterns when adding objects.

My idea was to show an edit box that allows to change the global ignore
pattern like in the settings dialog. The svn:ignore property should also be
shown, maybe also in an edit box with an "apply" button next to it.
