Ok, some updates.

This second type of error messages that I'm getting from eVC4 is
actually the same C1083, except it mentions "compiler intermediate
file" instead of precompiled header (e.g. "fatal error C1083: Cannot
open compiler intermediate file: 'C:\foo\bar': Permission denied").

Another thing is that I upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.3.5, Build 6804, but
alas, somewhat unsurprisingly (considering the single change mentioned
in changelog for 1.3.5), the bug remains. I think I'll be rolling back
to the 1.2.x series now... :(
