Auto close for local operations

Hi Stefan,

I have just got around to testing the auto-close on local operations
feature, and it doesn't seem quite right.

1. After adding files, the progress dialog stays open. Since adding to
the WC is a purely local operation this one can safely close
automatically unless there are errors.

2. The title is misleading in the combo. "Auto-close if no merges, adds
or deletes for local operations". Merge is not a local operation,
add-to-WC should close, and delete-from-WC does not use the progress
dialog at all. The only local operations affected are add-to-wc and
revert. I think the title should simply be "Auto-close for local
operations".

Simon
