Tortoise SVN installation problem

Hello,

I am sending this as a bug as I have no clue what I can do about it.

TortoiseSVN informed me that a new version 1.3.4 is available. I am
currently using 1.3.3. So I downloaded the latest .msi and ran it.
But the installation quickly stops with a French message
"Ce package d'installation n'est pas pris en charge par ce type de
processeur. Contactez votre revendeur."
The French is probably due to the fact that I run Windows 2000 in
French. The message translates to "This installation package is not
handled by this type of processor. Contact your reseller.".
I tried to re-run the previous installation package, for 1.3.3, it still
works. I tried the nightly build for 1.4.0, it runs perfectly (at least
it shows the welcome screen, where I canceled the installation). But
version 1.3.3 doesn't run.

More specifically:
- Running TortoiseSVN-1.3.4.6687-x64-svn-1.3.2.msi displays shortly
"Preparing to install" and then "Ce package d'installation n'est pas
pris en charge par ce type de processeur. Contactez votre revendeur.".
I press OK and it exits.
- Running TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.6766-dev-win32-svn-1.4.0.msi or
TortoiseSVN-1.3.2.5840-svn-1.3.0.msi displays the TortoiseSVN setup
welcome screen. I didn't actually run the installs.
- I checked the MD5 key for .msi files version 1.3.4 and 1.4.0, they
match what is published on the download sites (95ec9606... and 2cea8e27...).
- I run Windows 2000 SP4, with Windows Installer 3.1.

There seems to be something different in the way this .msi package was
generated. So, for time being, I will simply ignore the message asking
me to install a new version.

Best regards,
Florian Fischer
