Unfortunately, the new version did not solve the problem, but the behavior that I now have is slightly different from what I originally described. 1 - TSVNCache.exe starts and then loop infinitely on a folder which has a modified file in it. 2 - I exit it, then relaunch it, then it loops again infinitely on the next folder which has a modified file in it. 3 - Repeat 2 as long as you encounter modified/added files 4 - TSVNCache.exe is now happy and does not loop anymore. I hope it can bring some light to the actual problem.
