Hi,

Sorry for the delay in trying your version. Unfortunately, the new version did
not solve the problem, but the behavior that I now have is slightly different
from what I originally described.

1 - TSVNCache.exe starts and then loop infinitely on a folder which has a
modified file in it.
2 - I exit it, then relaunch it, then it loops again infinitely on the next
folder which has a modified file in it.
3 - Repeat 2 as long as you encounter modified/added files
4 - TSVNCache.exe is now happy and does not loop anymore.

I hope it can bring some light to the actual problem.
