Patches window in TMerge

Hi Stefan,

I like the new show/hide file list button in TMerge :-)

I notice that the file list window does not have focus when Tmerge
opens, so if you hit ESC the whole app closes. Is that intentional?

Now that it is possible to get the patch window back again, should we
have ESC close that window once more? and maybe a [x] in the top corner?
