Overflow in stats-by-week graph

Hi folks,

If I show commits-by-week for a project that only I am working on,
hovering the mouse pointer over any graph node shows that 100% of the
commits are by me, which is correct. For the week that I was on holiday
there are 0 commits and in that case it shows -2147483648% by me.
Presumably this is a divide by zero not being checked for.

TortoiseSVN 1.3.3 (I'm in work and haven't checked this on 1.4.0-dev
yet).
