Feature Request: Do not show shadows in revision graph for very small zoom levels

When the scale is such that the height of "revision symbol" is less
then about 5 pixels,
shadows are only a distraction.

All in all, the revgraph in trunk builds works beautifully, especially
in "sort by path" mode.
Is there any reason this mode is not enabled by default, or even always?
