icon is not displayed in comboboxes of merge dialog

Hello!

Sorry, in the previous letter one step of the scenario is not needed.
Just copied from the wrong test :-)

TortoiseSVN 1.3.2, Build 5840 - 32 Bit, WinXP

TortoiseMerge dialog doesn't always display an icon left to the location chosen in the combobox.

Here is the simple reproduction scenario:

svnadmin create c:/tmp1/rep
svn co file:///C:/tmp1/rep C:/tmp1/wc
---------------

Now, right click at C:/tmp1/wc in the Explorer and choose 'Merge'.
Neither of the comboboxes displays the icon.

Hit 'Dry run' and 'Ok'.
Upper combobox still doesn't display icon, while lower one does.

Make the dialog repaint combobox somehow (for example cover with another window, and bring it up again; or simply drop down the list).
The icon in the upper combobox will now be displayed.
