That's same.
I'm using it inside Tools.zip.

In my Build Enviroment,
makehm could not find afxhh.h.
Then, I setted
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\atlmfc\include
to INCLUDE as Enviroment Variable.

Mmmm...
I don't remember very well... :-<
