Add user mailing list to support page? + Trend Micro issue on network drive

Hi,

Just noticed that this page: http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/support
only refers to the developers mailing list, rather than users and developers
(or just users) mailing list. Is this deliberate?

The reason I was looking at the docs is that we've been having a few
intermittent problems with locked files on our network drives, and I'm
trying to eliminate TortoiseSVN from the equation.

We have a network drive running on a Windows 2003 server which
has Trend Micro Officescan version 8.00 installed. Working copies
are kept on this drive, and recently we've started having errors reported
after a commit has finished, these aren't in the post-commit hook,
rather they seem to be TortoiseSVN performing some cleanup work.
(Sorry I don't have an exact error message available, but it was
complaining about being unable to copy .temp files)

Running SysInternals Process Explorer on the server shows that the
System process has a file handle open on the file in question, which if
killed seems to fix the problem. I haven't seen this problem on a local
(non-network) drive.

Has anyone else had issue with Trend Micro? I tried searching the archives
but it returns a lot of false positives and a few issues with McAfee and Norton.

peace
si
