Since Rev. 5642 the cache no longer crawls certain system directories
"where we don't expect working copies at all" - among these the program
files directory.

Can you tell Apache to search the configurations files elsewhere?

Since it's quite common to have configuration files under version
control, I'm not sure whether excluding APPDATA and COMMON_APPDATA from
crawling is a good idea.
