Window titles

Since 1.3.0 'TortoiseSVN:' string was prepended to window titles of
merge, repo-browser, "show log" windows, and perhaps others.
It is much harder to distinguish these windows in taskbar, especially
when there are many of them, because taskbar entries now all read
'TortoiseSVN...'. Would you please revert this change?
