Not necessarily. For tags, you shouldn't see a round one, becaus you
shouldn't have committed something there after the branch. :)

Ah!
See: not only the *last' changed revision is shown round but the very
first revision too (if of course you haven't done a copy operation in
that revision).

So: since "show all revisions" already shows all revs, the 'last
changed revision' isn't marked specially anymore. That's why you don't
see it rounded anymore.
