If we put it into our repository, we have to support it. Which means,
whenever an issue with it comes up, *I* have to fix it, because 'it's
part of TSVN'.
And if you think that it won't be me who has to fix things, you haven't
been paying much attention over the last years about what's happened
here on the mailing list :)

So putting it in our filesharing area should be enough. People can
download it there if they need it. And if they find the time to improve
it, they can send me the zip file with their changes.
