I've just checked the 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 msi's with Orca. Both upgrade
GUIDS are still the same as they were before. And the 1.3.1 version info
is 'higher' than the 1.3.0. So it should have upgraded normally.

Any msi experts out there?

What tool did you use to check which version the new msi would upgrade
and which not?
