[TSVN] 64 bit build status

Hi @all,

I spent the weekend getting the 64 bit port working
on /trunk. Thanks to Stefan's preparatory work this
has gone slowly but steadily. So here is the current
status:

* x64 is now a fully working build target that can be
combined with any other (like "nant x64 release setup")
-- just use an "Visual Studio 2005 x64 Win64 Command Prompt"

* The build may occasionally fail due to concurrent
file access (VS has always been very sensitive to
virus scanners etc.). Just try again.

* The SVN.exe works. Hence, APR, SVN, BDB etc.
  should be fine.

* TSVN release & debug builds are created. The shell
integration DLL as well as TortoiseBlame.EXE work.
  However, TortoiseProc.EXE and TortoiseMerge.EXE
will not start. I suspect some manifest issues and will
try to crossreference with my 1.2.x builds. Depends64
  didn't give a clue.

* An MSI file is being created and can be installed.
However, target directory cannot be set to "Program
Files" but is redirected to "Program Files (x86)".
Moreover, ssleay32.DLL and libeay32.DLL were missing.

So, basically, we are getting there. Bit by bit; 8 of 64
still to go ;)

Stefan.

P.S.: Tomorrow, I will attend the SVN workshop in Frankfurt.
K. Fogel & B. Behlendorf will give talks there. Gonna be nice.
