Re: Feature request: Files draggable from commit dialog.

Until they implement your request, I have a suggestion
based on how I do the same thing: I use a diff program
(WinMerge) that allows me to edit the file. Then it
is reachable by right-click->Compare with Base. That
way I can compare it to the base version to see
exactly what I changed, make any last minute changes,
and review my changes one last time before checking
them in (yes, I'm a little paranoid/obsessive
compulsive).
